ABOUT US

Kelley Jamison founded Kestrel Bay after a successful 25+ year career in three large executive search firms. In addition to founding Heidrick & Struggles’ global Private Equity Practice, Kelley has served as a relationship manager and external talent partner for many alternative investors, with a focus on private equity, private credit, and distressed investment firms.

Kelley’s Board and C-suite work spans private equity and public companies ranging in size from $100 million to $50 billion in revenue and is industry agnostic, covering industrial, consumer/retail, technology, media, business services, financial services, real estate, hospitality, tech-enabled services, marketplaces, healthcare, chemicals/process industries, infrastructure, and renewables.

Kelley has also conducted countless searches for the private equity firms themselves (as distinct from PE-backed portfolio companies), including for Board of Director, President/ COO, CFO, Portfolio Operations, Senior Advisor, Operating Partner, and senior investment professional positions.
